Cycling NWT believes in the freedom of movement and the power of the outdoors to inspire youth. Whether on trails, roads, or playgrounds, cycling can be a pathway to wellness, resilience, and discovery.
Our programs teach not only bike skills but also self-reliance, teamwork, and environmental stewardship. We see cycling as a way to connect communities, nurture healthy lifestyles, and open doors to new experiences.
On September 30th, we pause to honour Indigenous children and communities. Truth and Reconciliation Day reminds us that movement must also be rooted in respect, for people, for stories, and for the land we ride on.
Through programs, events, and partnerships, Cycling NWT is dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities so every young person can experience the confidence and connection that cycling brings. Together, we can keep building a sport culture that values safety, inclusion, and joy.
